Update: been here 3 months now and loving it. We have our first 10 cattle on property, along with 10 egg laying chicks. Been cleaning up/prepping the barn and land to get ready for our projects- chicken coops/tractors, horse stalls, garden, etc. Also got some cross fencing to do as we want to do rotational grazing. Plenty to do and learn still, but enjoying it immensely.
We have been blessed with great neighbors and the previous owner has gone above and beyond to help us, even leaving his new 70 hp tractor, equipment and trailers for us to use whenever we want.
If anyone lives near the Rogersville/Kingsport area and would like to meet up some time, I would love to meet more friendly faces.
