Look great or not is not what college football is about. It is the result on the field and both did what it took and that is something that we haven't had in a while; doing what it took, not just what was asked of you.
You're right, he shouldn't have taken a Job at a top program after we didn't contact him. Tee busted his a$$ at UT, fans need to get over it. Bunch of overly sensitive butthurt babies.
Peyton's an orange bleeder through and through. Tee's coaching for one of the most hated men (don't know how deserving) in UT history. Big difference.

From a coaching standpoint, you may be on to something. He's relatable to the kids. He can recruit pretty well. That's where he shines.I've been around Tee on several occasions. Really nice guy. But I'm really shocked at his rise to prominence in the coaching ranks, from UK to USC. He's not at all charismatic, and in reality wasn't that great at QB mechanics to be in a position to teach the position and didn't play WR to be able to teach it either. I'm missing something.
