Feels like he's being recruited over to me

I would look at him as uncommitted and recruit to my numbers, if we hit our number of other WR's we would take a commitment from then at that point he would be culled. It's fine to take some free visits but the "my recruitment is open" and the removing Tennessee commit from his site would to me make him at best a recruit (uncommitted) and not someone worthy of saving a spot and possibly telling another recruit to hold off thus risking losing both. If we are going to save a spot we need to feel he is committed, to me his actions are not that of someone committed. JMO
