I'm really enjoying the reboot and it's nice to just sit back and laugh without having to pay attention to plot and storylines...but that said I think I like the original better right now..at times it seems that the jokes were written in advance instead of being spontaneous and improv..the delivery just seems off at times

Yeah, I noticed them jump the gun a few times, dropping the joke right before the scene happens. Clearly written in advance but I don't care too much.
