There's more than 16 total safeties in the portal, including TMAC who's not even ranked ... and if you cared to look further you'd also see that 6th and 10th ranked safties have the exact same rating

Not taking sides here, just pointing out a fact. His ranking varies per site. He's in the top 10 on 247, who seems to be slow reranking players in the portal. He's not in the top 50 on On3. I think they have him as like the 66th safety currently. And he got a bump from a 83 to 85.6 when he committed to us. So, who knows how good he'll actually end up being? I just hope whatever the coaches saw in him, they can pull it out of him on the football field. Hope he lights it up. But he fits this staff's profile of looking for diamonds in the rough rather than more established playmakers.
