So anyone who is uncharged is suspect/guilty of something? And if he cannot comment, and Mueller set the rules of engagement, then what's the expected outcome?
I'm not sure she will try to stop another vote. Depends on what Mueller says and what he refuses to answer (especially if his refusal is based on the DOJ letter sent today)There will be another vote unless Nancy can actually ( again can’t believe I’m saying this ) be the smart one in the room and get them to remember history lessons taught .

If he claims that the DOJ will not allow him to answer, that's a green light for an impeachment vote.

I have never thought anything would come from this. Still don’t. But I have no problem with him answering any and all questions.
He should be allowed to comment about the entire investigation. Attempting to prevent him from talking about Trump is simply unacceptable and should be ignored by the committee and Mueller.
Did Trump look like a good candidate 16 months before the election? Hell, he didn't look like a good candidate 16 hours before the election. Trump has proven that a candidate not only doesn't have to be "good" candidate, but may actually benefit from being the absolute worst.By all means, impeach him. I doubt it gets by the Senate, and Trump will remain in office. It'll be spun as more partisan politics and in the end probably bolster Trump's chances in 2020. Brilliant move(<----sarcasm). The Dems are shooting themselves in the foot. Finding a candidate for 2020 should have been the goal all along, and, newsflash, none of the current Dem candidates are that impressive. They have no real platform other than "orange man bad". That may work fine for the dedicated rank and file of the party, but independents want more.
I don’t think the DOJ can stop him from answering since he resigned. He doesn’t work for them and is now a private citizen. Now he may have his own “code” that prevents him from going beyond his report.I'm not sure she will try to stop another vote. So that's the new Dem strategy? lmao Let's run a bad candidate and cross our fingers! You've got the bad candidates, guess we'll see how that works out.Did Trump look like a good candidate 16 months before the election. It depends. He could have some kind of NDA he had to sign when he left. Becoming a private citizen does not automatically mean you can talk about everything you know legally. The government protects its secrets.I don’t think the DOJ can stop him from answering since he resigned. He doesn’t work for them and is now a private citizen.
