Munson's Hobnail Boot call.. Will Danielson bring it up yet again?

In Munson's defense, he has said something very similar about Georgia when Florida beat them. I heard a clip of the call last week during CBS pregame coverage of the Cocktail party.

Growing up in Southeast TN about 5 miles from the Georgia border, I could listen to Georgia radio broadcast. Munson was pretty hilarious in 97 talking about the beating Georgia was taking from some freshman running back we had from Atlanta😉.

If not by his third sentence by the end of the first quarter. As a side note, I would pay my cable provider an extra couple bucks per month if they would run a broadcast with his commentary turned off

Too bad he wasn’t around to call the Dobb-nail Boot.
There’s a video somewhere of both networks and CBS call of the sequence. They shut the scoreboard off in the stadium almost immediately.
‘‘Twas pure gold…
You made me want to see it and now enjoy.

Neuheisel already brought it up on CBS.
I say Danielson brings it up before kickoff.

That Munson call showed a level of class that John Ward would never stoop to. Maybe it was Vern that brought it up, but it seems every time we play Georgia on CBS, the crew somehow MUST play that call over and over again. Anyone else sick of that? Thank you Josh Dobbs for providing an equivalent!! John Ward, would love for you to have been able to share in this season. RIP.
Yes he will because he hates Tennessee

We forced a 3 & out. No comment. He waits for opportunities to compliment Georgia.

Then,

Gary: the longest play for Tennessee today? 7 yards :)”
next play: 11 yard run.
Gary: silence

I can’t stand him
