I was sitting directly behind the replay both and the officials were in there for less than 30 seconds.

Forward progress was still going on, his knees didn’t touch the turf, and the ball crossed the goal line BEFORE the official blew the whistle.

Just mind boggling how professionally trained individuals managed to screw that up.

This was a little too long ago, and we just had too good a season, for this to upset me now ... but we were screwed in that game. There is no denying that.

The Music City Bowl "loss" to North Carolina in 2010 was basically the same thing. We have not gotten a fair shake in a bowl game played in Nashville. It's kind of weird.

I agree. I mean, I hope that we are trending to being too good to play in small bowls for the foreseeable future—but we’ve lost that bowl twice in recent history due to referees.

Our DB's though not great were called for PI a bizillion times for just looking at a Purdue receiver. Yet the guy using Tillman's jersey to ski down the field on the last drive of regulation was missed, WTF
