Jack White is playing tonight down the street from where I live. Haven’t decided if I’m going. Anyone seen him lately?

Moment of the night

Florence took off running through the audience with the body guard trying to keep up. She saw something in the crowd and stopped suddenly. The bodyguard ran her the hell over. Stopped picked her up and put her back on her feet. She didn’t miss a note.
If you haven’t seen Florence and the Machine then you’re missing out. They put on a great show

This coming weekend is the 3 sisters Bluegrass festival in Chattanooga. Worth seeing if you’re anywhere near by.

I just had to revive this thread. I am waiting on my flight home from London. The wife and I went and saw David Gilmour at the Royal Albert Hall here. It was worth every penny that I paid to see him. Unlike Roger Waters, no politics. Just amazing music by amazing musicians that surrounded arguably the greatest guitarist of my lifetime. The venue was outstanding.... The equivalent of playing Carnegie Hall in NY from what I gather. If you are a Floyd fan.. go see David if you can. Don't waste your time on Waters even if someone gives you tickets.

I'll edit this later when I can or the playlist together.

I'd love to see DG. I think he's only doing a few shows in the US. NY and LA only.

You are right about Roger. I've seen him live a couple of times. His last tour was hard to watch. Saw him in Nashville. The stage design was setup weird and it was too much politics. And his age caught up with him. Some songs were a struggle vocally. His band was tremendous though.

I saw a YT video of DG playing Comfortably Numb this tour. He still sounds great

Saw Gilmour at MSG last week, great show. Enjoyed the new songs and hearing songs from the Division Bell that I haven’t really listened to since that tour.
