He had maybe the luckiest season in NFL history last year. The epitome of that was when he threw a terrible pass into double coverage, and the defenders ran into each other to make it a bomb touchdown.

I think the eagles under Kelly could improve around him, making up for him coming back to earth.

It's possible, but it seems like the gains would have to come on defense. And I don't really see anything special on that side of the ball.

The sample size is low so saying what he isn"t is foolish as its like saying Ive passedy math class after getting a 91 percent on the first of six tests.

And he still didnt get drafted high for crying out loud.

Yeah they didnt play any stellar teams.

A cowboys team with the worst nfl defense twice , terrible raiders, pathetic bucs, horrid redskins, cards which possibly the best team he faced, a mediocre giants team, the mediocre lions, a packers that barely won the nfc north, a pitiful bears that choked at winning the division even with rodgers missing more than 3 games, a bad vikings team, and a broncos team with a horrid pass d.

A first round pick is still a first round pick. Hell you should have thrown out Bree's name instead, at least he was a 2nd round pick. Or better yet, Gus Frerotte who was a 7th round pick the same year they drafted Shuler 3rd overall.
