My Hatred has changed from AL/UF

For pretty much the entirety of our decade of disaster, specifically'09-'16, I always had an "I don't like Georgia, but they're kind of whatever to me" feeling towards them.

They're probably my #2 most hated team besides Florida now. They really don't think they're more than an extended flash in the pan that has just worn out their welcome. They think they are the new big hitter in college football and that it's here to stay.

It's not.

Don't get me wrong I still hate AL and UF. Although I seriously despise UGA fans at this point. I was at a festival this past weekend in Rome, GA. Never have I had so many people either bark or yell " go dawgs". What an overall classless trash program.

Yelling “go dawgs” at a festival makes them classless and trash?

I think they'll be a pretty big hitter as long as Smart is there. Fortunately coaches, even very successful ones aren't going to hang around as long as they used to with the way the game is. It's a young man's game now. I figure Smart is there another 6-7 seasons, 10 at most.

#1 Bama - Always
#2 Florida
#3 Georgia

But I have a feeling, Bevo says hold my beer... UT Junior fans on other sites are truly insufferable. So, get ready... Douche nozzles will be incoming in force.

I have reminded many of them that their state would not even be a part of the USA if not for Volunteers of TN.
We need to start off better than them as the enter the SEC to establish that we’re the superior UT. The good thing is that Nico is probably gonna be better than Arch, and when we play arch, Nico will have a season starting under his belt while Arch will be a brand new starter. Texas catches Michigan OOC in Ann Arbor, and also gets Georgia, Oklahoma, and @A&M to end the season. Kentucky and Florida are other games that aren’t easy.

Last time I was in Athens 2 UGA fans were harrassing this UT fan who was pretty much ignoring them until one of them grabbed his hat and he laughed and aked them to give it back and they refused so he asked one more time and the one with the hat dared hm to take it from him and about that time BOOM the UT guy absolutely cracked him and knocked him out colder than a cucumber right on the main drag there...Got his hat and dared anyone else to mess with him and walked away lol..That was one bad dude..I was actually going to go over and help him but damn he didn't need my help...Plus we won the game so it made it that much sweeter....Yeah UGA fans suck.

We're not playing Texas in 25 either unless something has changed. Our 25 schedule will just be the 24 one with the home/aways reversed.

Point being, if Nico is a 2 more and out guy he will never face Texas. That task will likely fall on George.

Bama will always be #1 for me, mainly because even when UT owned them they couldn't fess up and admit to defeat. There was always some lame ass excuse like the Great pumpkin is a cheater or he's a snitch.

Take 22 for instance: The refs cost them that game. "17 penalties, they must have paid the refs off for that win". I think I got maybe 2-3 congratulations total..... and I am surrounded by them!!!

You didn't hear them thank the refs in 23 when they only got one penalty. I said that to several of the crybabies after this past season. Most of them laughed it off, but several got pretty butthurt and were STILL CRYING foul over the refs.

Heck they could have easily called more penalties against Bummer in that game. But not one of them wants to talk about that.

I think it was 2009 when it was reported that UGA fans spat on the players as they exited the field after losing at home to UK. Classy bunch those dawgs. Reminds me of Bammers. Well, not really. At least many Bama fans try to act like they have some class--when they are winning.

Nico will probably be gone by the time we play Texas.

I agree with your sentiment, but why would fans be "congratulated"?

Its good to see other Vol fans who recognize uga for what it is. Trash program. No discernable traditions, culture, or distinguishing characteristics. Bulldogs? Yawn. They share that with half the high schools in America. Helmet? Stolen from Green Bay and used with their permission. Fight song? Seriously? Do they even have one? Traditions? Other than dressing in cheap S&M gear and barking at people, there aren't any. The athletic building is named after a skidmark. I rest my case.

Trash program, and with a couple of notable exceptions in here, the most needy, annoying fanbase in sports.

Now - cue the VolDawgs in here to spring to a passive aggressive defense. Its precious.

The problem with the leg-humpers is that the only reason they have two natty's is:
-> they had a historically weak strength of schedule in '21 and '22 (and '23)
-> they've recruited on an amazingly high-level since coach not-so-Smart was hired

Jake Fromm was a terrible quaterback who only looked decent because of the amazing defense. (side-note, uga fans claim it was a 'historical' defense, but for crying out loud - THEY DIDN'T PLAY ANYBODY for three years!). What is he doing in the NFL now? Holding a clipboard for a scout team?

Chester Bennet the VIII was the exact same. Turns out, he was likely doped up on cocaine and other drugs to play behind ten other five-stars and one of the greatest tight ends to play the game (I admit Brock Bowers is the real deal). What's he doing these days? Rehab or cell mates with Johnny Football?

Coach not-so-Smart couldn't beat Saban and the only time he did was when Alabama's top-class starters were injured. Then they played TCU for all the bean and TCU ran out of house money, and uga won it all.

They are a lucky program and that's it. Divvy up the NIL money and it's going to spread the talent wealth and Kirby's going to get is tail handed to him by several teams.

Dynasty my rear. They were perfectly positioned to take advantate of several weak schedules.

I despise their fan base.

Sounds like GA will certainly be a middle of the road football program from here on. I mean this kind of luck can’t possibly be sustainable! /s

Obviously I’m only joking! Hell, I know we will be good for at least another year or two! My magic 8 ball wouldn’t dare lie to me!"
