I was a driver/security for a HumInt warrant officer in Bosnia, alcohol was easy to be had. I'm not saying he did, but he may have driven us back to base a few times.

My previous Company Commander was found dead in his room in Qatar two days ago. He's the third Soldier to die since March from my old Company, all from non combat. Prayers and/or thoughts for his family, the Company and myself would be appreciated. I worked directly for him as Ops NCOIC. He wasn't the most super go getter Soldier, but he always pushed for the best for his Soldiers.
