I'm not satisfied with our basketball program and will never be. Our program will improve faster with longer tenured coaches. If Pearl doesn't do what we brought him here to do by the end of next season, it will be time for him to go.

Because the bar is low for men's basketball. If the standard was the same as football or women's basketball, they'd all be barking.
