Their last win over Air Force looked great. That and they are 1 ahead of us in the polls so why not.

How about ugly wins over North Carolina, Stanford, and Michigan State? Arkansas would beat ND by 10+.

How about arkansas with ugly wins over Utah state, Vanderbilt, Alabama. I haven't watched notre dame much, so maybe they are about dead even with arkansas, but i guess your right, i'll change my poll.

And I'd take the bet.

Rutgers D is good, but they don't have the speed to stay with Rice, Boyd, or Newton if he was playing. Also their D line would get ate up by South Carolina's O line.

Ray Rice would get shutdown because South Carolina line backers are a tab bit faster than those in the Big East. And when I say a tab bit I mean alot.

Those runs on the outside where he drops the hammer and out runs 2nd rate defensive players that make the Big East their home wouldn't fly against South Carolina.

Tell you what we'll see who them 3 big east teams play and I'll make a bet with you on some of them if the matchups are good and their not playing the WAC's #4 team.

Beating Vandy by 2 is far better than beating Michigan state by 3.

Louisville has as much NFL talent on offense as any team in the NCAA. Way more than South Carolina.

Where Rutgers would have trouble is against an SEC defense.

Im not sure about south carolina's secondary, they sure couldn't Cover marcus monk, and really couldn't catch d-mac unless they were already in front of him.

Louisville. Who's NFL talent?

Brohm won't do anything in the NFL.

Who's left a reciever or something. I'm being serious not a smartass I really dont know who on Louisville is NFL style???

I was amazed about our defense against tenn. I mean with tenn being the second best passing team in the nation, we did great. We got toasted by south carolina's wr's, so im impressed with what our defense did this week.

Brian Brohm will be a 1st round draft pick when he comes out. He will be a good NFL QB.

Mario Urrutia, Kolby Smith, Kurt Quarterman, Marcus Gordon, and Marcel Benson will all play in the NFL somewhere. Don't forget Michael Bush, Harry Douglas, Patrick Carter, and Hunter Cantwell. Trust me, they have more offensive talent than S. Carolina.

Well, not to ruin your mojo, but we weren't ranked the 2nd best passing team in the country. Plus, our top 15 passing attack was created by Erik Ainge.

Okay I might give you that Louisville has better O talent, but I still think Brohm won't do anything in the NFL.

But I still think if South Carolina played Rutgers and Newton played, South Carolina wins by a touchdown.

They very well could win by a TD. I think Rutgers could just as likely win by a TD.

And we'll see about Brohm. It's hard to project.

You are not very realistic in a number of places. #1 we were playing a freshman, first game ever. #2 its hard to get open when your guys are hanging all over our wide outs. Kinda hard to beat the zebras when they will not blow the whistle. #3 Erik did not play a down. #4 your team is to one dimensional. What happens when someone stops the run?

Brian Brohm will be every bit as good an NFL QB as Browning Nagle.

I said to myself, "Who is Browning Nagle?" Then I answered myself with, "It doesn't matter, that is my answer."

Even if USC and ND lose, Arkansas is not, and will not, be in a position to jump the loser of the Michigan-Tosu game to play in the National Title. USC is the only team, IMO, that has a shot at being #2 in the BCS if they win out.

What if the score is a blowout b/w OS and Mich? say 27-7, or 24-3? Would you then say we could jump them, ceterus paribus
