Of our skill players that would start for anyone besides KY?

North will be a star, pig will as well. Neither would start this year for anyone in this league.

Name a man on defense that would leave our team and start anywhere else in the SEC?

Johnson maybe?

I am not hating on the kids but there is no talent.

I know the offensive line has played poorly, but they would all start for basically any team in the SEC.

They can't run or throw the ball .... Under the circumstances they've performed adequately. Neither Neal or Lane are world beaters. Throw in a group of below average Wrs and an inept QB and there's not an offensive line out there that would look incredible

You're right, the offensive line can't run or throw the ball.

Thats the nature of being an offensive lineman...

Crushing this coaching staff should be done next year, if they underachieve again. It is not wise to do it in the first year, just think big picture, think what is the best strategy to help the program. You know we can not fire a coach in the first year.

An upgrade in assistant personnel and ill be happy. This should absolutely be done in year 1.

Maybe a couple O- linemen and possibly AJ Johnson, depending on the team. Other than that , I can't think of 1 player that would start on offense or defense on the top tier teams in the SEC. As far as QB's go, I don't think any of the 3 QB's we have played would start for any team in the SEC. Therein lies the elephant in the room. Hard to win games if you can't score points. It's like a basketball team without a point guard.

Do you actually think we have the tallent to match up with anyone right now? That has got to be the be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You don't have to be an expert or even know much about football to see we don't.

On a more happier note, we were playing neighborhood football today, about 10 of us, and my team went for a fake field goal on 4th and 19, and we blew it. So give CBJ some slack, it's not easy to do.

The dumb thing is thinking we dont have talent. Some of you act like none of our recruits were highly sought after. Let me guess, we just happen to be fielding a WHOLE team of overrated players, right? Tennessee got players Bama, Georgia, Florida, etc wanted and it just so happens that all of those teams didnt know how to evaluate so we got stuck with garbage, right? Give me a d*** break.

Man you just want to blame anyone you can man. The coaching thing is BS. Coaching isn't what makes the SEC it's the TALENT is what make it the SEC and we don't have it. The guy has proved he can coach in two other conferences with two other teams. Like I said you scheme all you want man 9 time out of 10 the better team with better athletes will win and we don't have those athletes

Outside of our O-line and North name one please! None of them wanted Hood, Walls, Josh "brick hands" Smith, Downs, just to name a few that start for us.

Yeah all 5 would start for Bama. Bama's LT is not better than UT's, all the NFL's draft people that have him as a top 5 1st round pick don't know what they are doing.:eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol:

So Vandy has more talent than us and has out-recruited us? What about Missouri and their whopping 40th-60th ranked classes? But Tennessee averages in the teens and it's all a smokescreen? Come on dude.

You can't say anything negative about coaches here man. You are losing an upfield battle. Bottom line is, no we don't have great depth in terms of great talent; however, Mike B. and CBJ were out foxed last night. I understand Dobbs didn't play good, but we also didn't help him by not throwing small routes. I also want CBJ to own it and say it's my fault. It's not throwing your coaches under the bus, it's called being a man and owning responsibility. It takes a man to say I was wrong. My philosophy on offense is wrong, and we suffered for it. If CBJ can't do that, the same results will come next year. All you delusional morons thinking our O-line will be better next year have zero clue about football. This is the SEC not the Big Easy. The only freshman and RS freshman that come in and play and do well are the ones that are top of their class. Henderson vs Robinson in the elite eleven competitions shows where we are. Sure we are doing a heck of a lot better in recruiting this year, but Bama, etc will still get the best at the end of the day. For us to get back on top it's going to take coaching.

Yes Vandy has more talent that us and more importantly more experience. When you look at the player that have left from those classes our classes rank around the 40th - 60th class. They had better WR, RB, and QBs you can't base talent off of stars man it's the performance on the field

Please describe all this great talent we have. Give me names of who would start for any team in the top half of the SEC.

It's going to take player development. Superior scheme is only going to win you at max 2 games a season. To be honest with you at there isn't much difference in talent form classes 1-10.
