Of our skill players that would start for anyone besides KY?

North will be a star, pig will as well. Neither would start this year for anyone in this league.

Name a man on defense that would leave our team and start anywhere else in the SEC?

Johnson maybe?

I am not hating on the kids but there is no talent.

Vandy has Mathews, but North is better than any other WR they have. Rajon Neal is way better than any RB they have. We have more talent on the O line. Tight ends are a wash. Their Senior QB has a bad knee and played OK, but the QB who beat us is a freshmen - just like Dobbs.

Vandy got scorched by A@M, USCjr, and Missouri and we can only manage 10 points! Something ain't right and it's not a lack of skill players.

It's asinine to say North is better than Mathews after one season he's a record holder. There freshman QB is more talented that ours. There supporting cast of WR is better than ours. I'll give you Neal is better than there RB that's about it. Their D-line is better than ours too. Coaching wont make you catch the ball, block, get off blocks, or make accurate throws that's the player jobs. All a coach can do is tell you what to do and inspire you to give your all. This isn't a video game there isn't a joy stick to control the players.

Rajon Neal "ain't" better than anyone, much less way better. Our TE's are NON existent dude. How low is it when we have to salvage a talent comparison against Vandy players.

Other than 1 receiver, we have as much or more talent than Vanderbilt at every position

So Vandy has more talent than us and has out-recruited us? What about Missouri and their whopping 40th-60th ranked classes? But Tennessee averages in the teens and it's all a smokescreen? Come on dude.
I'll leave you with this my friend and if you can answer thes intelligently then you are 100% right about coaching being the problem. If we have the same talent level and depth as every other SEC team tell me why we have numerous walk-ons in our two deep, true freshman in our two deep, and why do some player play 70+ snaps? Second question why is our best WR and DB a freshman? Why are both of our OLB are first year starters at that positions? Lastly why has every coach that has been here in the past 6 years have had the same problems

Have you ever heard the word attrition? When you have had 4 coaches in 6 years you tend to have alot of players leave the program,so what was a 12 th ranked class can loose 4 or 5 guys and become what would've been a 50 th ranked class over night.
The only way we will get back is through recruiting and having a stable coaching situation.

It's no use....the wizards of smart have figured out that we've seen the limits of Butch's coaching ability after 11 games.

It's going to take player development. Superior scheme is only going to win you at max 2 games a season. To be honest with you at there isn't much difference in talent form classes 1-10.

Like Majors and Fulmer both used to say, " it ain't the X's and O's, it's the Jimmy's and Joes".

Our biggest problem is the mindset, and that is what coach Jones is trying to change.

I agree. The mindset and attitudes have to change before this team moves on. One good thing about it is that a bunch of the guys that Dooley recrutied and coached will be gone after this yr. Hopefully Butch will get these kids to thinking about being a winner instead of losers

Jeez, learn to read man. That's not what I wrote

My bad you are right you didn't say that read it way to quickly. But still crazy to say that after one season man he's good no doubt but he can easily have sophomore slump next year then you all are calling him a bust

Cam Sutton perhaps? I get your point. Don't disagree.
