As I've stated before... the women's game globally has not evolved as rapidly as the men's game. Men's games are more competitive world wide so the USA women's team (Although I'm sure they worked hard) was the overwhelming favorite no matter who was on the team as long as the top players were involved). That doesn't mean Candice Parker did not deserve a spot on the USA team as she is one of the best AND most popular women's basketball figures world wide! So whoever was to blame was just wrong.

There is no myth. For people to still deny that he was responsible for her exclusion from the team is incredibly ignorant. I don't think they even believe it themselves.

What is ignorant is ignoring the facts and believing something for which there is no evidence of truth - like the existence of unicorns. Geno was not on the committee that selected the team. It was the committee's decision to leave Candace off.

What is the big deal if Jaime said Geno was "so dope?" Are we supposed to be upset? Many Uconn players have spoken of Pat Summitt with compliments and respect. Do you just live to come on this forum and attempt to stir up angst among Lady Vol fans? Get a life, troll.

I panicked when I saw Linae Harper was added to the USA 23 team. Was worried that Jaime or Mercedes was hurt... come to find out A'ja Wilson injured her groin which is why she was sitting out. Prayers up for no more injuries!!

Why would you ever buy beachfront property in North Dakota? You might have a tough time selling it.

You do realize that photo you attached is of Candace grabbing the rim. It's not a slam dunk as LV fans think it is. Unless her wrist is above the rim, it's a layup, not a dunk. Show me a photo of her wrist above the rim. I've never seen her do an actual dunk.
