New top priorities for govt agencies:

EPA - make Muslim World (MW) feel better about its contribution to organic chemistry
NEA - build relations with MW by adding Hummus to lunch programs in US
SEC - recognize MW has had some interesting currency in it's history
CIA - congratulate MW for the stealthy burkha; a great disguise
MMS (along with SEC) - build relations with MW by sharing favorite porn sites
NOAH - thank MW for naming people Noah a very long time ago

Don't forget NGOs like the NCAA - the NCAA could work to help Tehran University merge into the Big 12.

Currently a fair price, but as you allude to, there is nothing to guarantee it will stay that way. Plus, dependence is a terrible thing.

That's why we celebrate independence day in America.

I think the democrats will hold off on their c&t until after the election to try to hold on to as many seats as possible, then after they lose their majorities will try to ram through that sorry POS bill before they have to leave office.

I would agree with you right up until conservatives start talking about being spoken to by God.

To which conservatives do you refer? I must have missed that.

God does speak to people on occassion, for instance Lonzo and Oscar foretold the BP accident in their song; "There's a hole in the bottom of the sea".

Still going to try to deny divine enlightenment??

gsvol would probably tell you that hummus was invented by Jews and Christians.

Not sure who invented hummus but it was discovered just after a herd of wild camels ran through Omar's pea patch.

Guest workers invented refried beans.

The similarity of hummus and refried beans is the glue that holds the Arabic/Persian and Spanish speaking worlds together.

Muslims invented hubris. (example A; Barrack Hussein obama)

Given enough time humus will make coal or petroleum and sometimes with enough pressure can become diamonds.

Tehran U is more of a Pac 10 team.

WRONGO bucko, Tehran U is Ivy League all the way!!

TU's mascot, 'the golden calf' shouldn't be offensive to native americans so I would suspect the NCAA to be on board with that idea.

I imagine there's no chance of seeing the "fightin' Muhammeds." The logo and mascot options would be... limited.

NY Slimes, LA Slimes, Washinton Compost, ABC, CBS and NBC all had zero coverage of this item which was well covered by al-Jazeera.

How much does it cost to get a satelite dish that picks up al-Jazeera?? If one wants to keep up with what's the haps in America, that would seem to be on the required list.

NASA engineers have calculated that our next rocket to the moon will need 3,000 suicide bombers to achieve liftoff.

NASA mission statement states that the purpose of the flight will be to retreive moon rocks to bring muslim stonings in Iran up to 21st century technology standards.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Monday that NASA Administrator Charles Bolden must have misspoke when he told Al Jazeera last month that one of his top priorities is to reach out to Muslim countries.

"That was not his task and that's not the task of NASA," Gibbs said.

Bolden, though, said last month in the interview that it was President Obama who gave him that task. He made a similar claim in February.

Gibbs is an embarrassment, but he fits right in with this administration. I wonder if he'll survive the mid-terms?

Cooperation in space programs with these countries means sharing missile technology. Why in the world would we want to do that?!
