NASCAR bans the confederate flag

Be interesting to see how little footage of the parking lot and infield you get going forward.

My guess, after NASCAR goes public with its stance it then finds new camera angles for its tv viewers.

And? If a black guy assaults a white person with his pants hanging off his a** do we ban sagging pants? If a black person does a drive by on a white person’s home in a crown Vic with 22s and a 7up paint scheme do we ban crown vics with large rims and goofy paint schemes?
Just say you don't care. Don't move the goal posts with whataboutisms. Just say your racist....it would make you feel better to admit it. Why hold it in?

So what? We're America. We're the land of the free and we're free to fly whatever flag we want. Your analogy is crap because the Confederate flag never stood for the KKK. I'll do ya one better:

The Japanese terrorized many Americans during Pearl Harbor and WW II. Some of these folks are still alive. Should we ban someone from flying their flag? Hell no. We're better than that. We're the land of the free. Fly whatever in the hell flag you want.

If you're okay for somebody flying whatever the hell flag they want, are you okay with somebody kneeling for whatever the hell song they want?

I swear I’ve seen 30 posts from him about not watching
Justin likes attention.....I'm just going to buy him some skinny jeans so people can see his camel toe.
At first he was complaining about not being able to go buy a burger and a beer....god forbid he cooks at home. He needed someone to serve him a burger and a beer. It's in the constitution.

How were the goalposts moved? You simply have myopic views and want something to be offensive while something similar shouldn’t be. Imagine the things that could be accomplished if the people crying over irrelevant bs actually worked on actual issues. Take the easy way out though and just call everyone who disagrees a racist.

After being at a bar and randomly glancing up at NFL network and ESPN I can tell I won’t be watching any nfl this season. Another fall of productive Sunday’s instead of fraud POS social justice warrior wannabes
You are jousting with windmills. They won’t miss you. The NFL will still be the biggest sports attraction there is and they won’t care.

Wait...your party threw a fit about assuming someone’s gender. How do you know Justin is a he?

Same is true in reverse. If the Stars and Stripes is "just a piece of cloth", isn't the Confederate flag also just a piece of cloth? It's interesting how both sides flip flop their arguments.

You mean like letting it bother us that NASCAR passed a new rule for their private organization?...a rule that doesn't negatively affect anyone.
I don't like private organizations controlling freedom of expression in public spaces. It's legal I suppose but it's not right. I don't think Alabama should ban Tennessee attire when we play them at their place

A privately owned speedway is a public place? I don't know about the rest but I'm pretty sure Bristol is privately owned.

I sure am. I don't think we should be China or North Korea where you can be put in jail for not honoring the flag. I don't want people forced to honor our flag. As a matter of fact, I want to see for my own eyes who's an ass hole and doesn't appreciate our country.

It's open to the public. It's not a private club. But that's a side issue. Whether it's privately owned or rented from the event, I don't like folks controlling free speech. I'm kinda libertarian in that matter

I'm just curious if they'll actually turn people away over this. You know people will push it. And if they do turn people away, will we see lawsuits over refunding ticket prices? It'll be interesting if the courts get pulled in.

If you are ok with someone kneeling for whatever song they want then are you ok with someone flying whatever flag they want?
