O Yea I said it:p I dont know if any of you have been to a Sprint car race but it is 2nd to none. Yes I live in Fla and have been to Daytona Shootout twice, so dont even try it.:) I got to go to Knoxeville Iowa. and watch the Knoxville Nationals and that is a awsome site. sprintcars rule:rock:

Well I haven't seen much of it but you are right about part of your statement! I will say as far as watching I get more enjoyment out of the truck series!

IMO a sprint car driver couldn't hold a Super Late model driver's jock strap....Not to take away from their abilities though, both take stones

I also think Super Late Models are "THE" racing series to watch. No particular sanction favorite but just love Super Late racing period. If you are a fan of Super Late Models on dirt be sure to check out Bulls Gap and Tazewell in Tennessee as both are superb tracks. My new guilty pleasure is the Dirt Track at Lowe's Motor Speedway. I've been there three times already and have enjoyed it each and every time. Last year's Colossal 100 was an event to behold.

Does WoO even exist anymore? I'm being serious, I thought that series was sold and later dissolved? I enjoy any kind of racing and wish WoO would've and wish USAC would get more coverage. The amount of horsepower those Sprint cars have in that small of a vehicle is incredible. Speed Channel usually airs the Knoxville Nationals every year, I always try to catch that. Fun stuff.

To me, any top-level racing is awesome. The skill sets are different (e.g. Sprint-car vs. F1) but to be consistently fast in any of these requires so much feel and mental concentration. Anyone can be fast for a few laps - to be fast throughout the race is pretty special.

Today I drove 2 true sports cars; an M-roadster and a Boxster S. The Boxster was easier to drive but both were beasts (especially the M). It would take a while to learn how to really drive them fast. However, neither is close to the real power and handling you'll find in any top racing series.

I haven't said a word to you in over a month even remotely negative towards you smart ass and you all of a sudden come attack me? That's fine, if you must know....I think it's funny that you mock and make fun of my opinion.....I like them both, I go to the races every weeked the gates are open, you probably sit and watch them on TV and think that makes you an analyst and that you know everything.....I don't have to prove a thing to you, yet you think I do because you question everything I say.....Seriously, get a life dude and quit following me around on here....I'm not the only person that said anything about Super Late Model drivers being better than Sprint car drivers, yet you pick me to say something to....you my friend are an idiot:finger3:

Oh most definitely, I know about them.....I watch them on TV and I've seen them in person a time or two.....They don't kid around, they book it out......I just don't like them as much as Super Late models.....Sprint Cars have a ton of power, they could probably climb a tree if need be.....I like watching them race, and I'll give them this much.....They got more stones than I do....I wouldn't get in a car like that and go the speeds they go....I'm just saying I simply like to watch Late Models better than I do therefore I think they're better drivers than those who drive sprints.....but someone people like doozer, like to chasitize for my opinion...But that's all good, it just shows he has NO life

That is BS! I know a lot of late model drivers that have driven sprints and vise versa. You don't have a clue. Your personal dislike for certain posters is interferring with your common sense.

it's no more ridiculous to say that late model guys don't have the balls to race sprint cars than it is to say that sprint car guys couldn't hold the jock of a late model driver, but i don't see you saying anything about that.

thanks for proving my point though. i knew somebody would take the bait.

Give me USAC/WoO or your local dirt track racing over Nextel Cup any day! As far as the truck series goes it's not even close, most of the Cup drivers will even tell you it's better racing than Cup.

I will chime in as I please whether you like it or not.
Of course I didn't say that one was better than the other, I think that all racers have guts no matter what they drive.

I am glad that I proved a point that your hate masks your common sense. It's very obvious in the majority of your posts that you are nothing but a trouble maker.

You didn't cast any bait for anyone to take, you just spewed more hatred and got called out on it. :finger3:

I agree with you. Since Nascar is more about the show than racing, it isn't as fun to watch as it used to be. I would rather see a dirt track race any day! :rock:
