What specific policy change can Biden make tomorrow that would increase supply? I have yet to hear of one other than a complete reversal of banning import of Russian oil or encouraging Europe to do the same.
From what I have read, its actually pretty small for us, directly. But when Europe stopped buying Russian oil and had to replace it, that added to the demand along with us and OPEC is not substantially increasing supply at all.
I have heard vague discussion of increasing domestic production. But no one ever speaks in specifics. Its some fuzzy goal in the future.
