After that first series in the the 3rd quarter I thought for sure Lee would be in. After the 2nd series I was in total shock that Miles didn't make the change.
I was surprised he didn't put him in with 6 minutes to go, that has happened a few times... like last year. I am glad he didn't because Lee didn't deserve to be the escape goat.
This was coming to head for years now, Les had to learn a valuable LESson.
Putting Lee into this game probably wouldn't have helped, as it was the decisions before the game was even announced that was the problem.
Just my take. LSU was looking very good on offense at the beginning of the year, you don't just scrap your QB because of two bad plays. Lee showed he is one tough cookie, he is a great Tiger in my mind.
