Rivals says that Nu'Keese will announce his decision at 1PM EST. That's the announcement, not when he's signing FWIW.

Some of these may be off due to time zone differences. For some weird reason every year it's hard to figure out exactly when a prospect is going to announce. So as you guys hear times, let me know so I can adjust. Also local TV stations often carry coverage of recruits' press conferences so as we get wind of links, let me know so I can post them.
