NBA Playoffs

I just choose to correct it to something more fitting.

There was no NBA talk in your last post kpt. Broke your own rule.

Not to talk about the NBA playoffs again or anything, but a big half by the Warriors. 70 freakin' points. I think Chicago and Detroit each broke that with a few minutes left in their game last night.

Wow - just turned the game on and it's a 30 point lead midway through the 3rd.

Golden State -- Biggest homecourt advantage in NBA history?

That title would clearly have to belong to the old Boston Garden. That place was nuts.

I don't think I've ever seen an NBA arena that looks like that though with everybody dressed alike.

You know my knack for hyperbole.

But it's no stretch to say the home crowd at Oakland is among the closest the NBA has ever seen to an ardent college crowd.

why can't the GS fans get that excited over the oakland a's? ugh... it sucks being a fan of a team almost a whole country away.

just shutup allvol... geesh. my name is not the dude, but get over it and yourself. um not huge on the nba or their playoffs (essentially i use this thread to give me all the updates to keep me satisfied), but i don't spend the entire playoffs complaining in some thread that others made.

Where have I been complaining. You make me laugh. Does it destroy your life for me to post in this thread. In reality all I ever did was make a little response to Volmania, note, never did I attack anyone in my post when I repsonded to him. That originated with others. So you can take your 2nd grade "shut up" and hold onto it.

"The Dud" doesn't abide.

By the way, really cleaver. Your anatomization of computer screen names is truley ingenious.

Now a few thoughts actually related to the NBA, believe it or not....

1. The draft lottery is on the 22nd. Go Grizzlies.
2. Baron Davis' play has only been outshined by his beard. Seriously though, he's a warrior, err, gamer.
3. Those Titans inspired Jazz away jerseys are bad. Really bad.
4. Bowen probably is dirty, but is it a good idea for a player (or team) to start making excuses before they lose the series? And that "kick" looks way dirtier in slow motion; not so sure he was trying for an ACL pop shot.
5. The Bulls vs. Detriot series has been boring. Not because it's 3-0. Because, well, the games have been a snooze fest.
6. Huge game in Jersey this afternoon. I'm taking the Nets. And Vince Carter will attempt a 720.
