I’ve seen the characteristics of coaches successfully rebuilding a program...and I’ve seen the characteristics of three coaches that have failed at our school...Pruitt is trending towards the latter regardless if you want to admit it or not

I am, but like I've said before, WR is probably UTs biggest strength. So I'm happy with Keyton and possibly Harris playing WR in this class. I like Ellis, too, Bass, but Pruitt, imo, will make him a DB. Oh yeah @JohnD13, I was wrong, because of Bailey, but I meant '19 although I didn't clarify. But why the eff do u care ? Go enjoy another 3 years of Matt Luke and Ole Miss' return to 7th in the SEC West

That's hard to believe. That would be incredibly stupid of the staff. There are always kids that don't end up signing and almost all schools (especially elite schools) end up having to tell kids they don't have room for them right at the end. Saban is the biggest abuser of that in the world. If this kid is an elite player and wanted to commit...I'm sure we'd have accepted it.

I don't think it would have made a difference whether wide receiver was our biggest need or not. Lots of swings and misses. People say we have people on base but evidently we don't have a designated hitter who can bring them home. Now suddenly we hear of all these other unknown recruits we are offering.

I'll clue you in. Coach Johnson probably doesn't feel the same about this as you do. But then again, he's not as close to the situation as you are. Am I right. You guys really don't know anything, anything anymore that any others do. Just admit it. Coach Johnson was too busy showing Haselwood around campus to care about the WR he’s been telling to hold off for 6 months

Do I think we get Haselwood? No...

And the staff probably knows that... and they still preferred having the spot left to turning it up and closing on Brown
