Cowan has been taking full advantage of the recruiting process and has visited at least a dozen schools. His short list included 12 schools, but Tennessee and North Carolina seem like the front-runners at this point. Cowan is going to take a visit to Oregon in the next month or two and Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson, and Ohio State are keeping tabs on him. At this point Cowan doesn’t have a firm leader, but don’t be surprised if Tennessee goes into Charlotte and beats North Carolina for his commitment.
