'21 NC DT Payton Page (Clemson commit)

I know he's probably headed to Clemson, but I'd really love to get this kid. Add him and TID, and we have a solid DL haul. Just need a pass rusher like Khristian Zachary, or flip Price (since the staff seems high on him), and DL would be complete.
He just looks the part and the fact that Clemson who seem to put 2 or 3 DL in the NFL every year have zeroed in on him likely means he's the real deal.

It would help if the author knew how many years Pruitt has been the HC at UT.
It says he is coming off his 2nd season. Unless Pruitt has coached here another year I don't know about, it seems to be correct.

Jeremy Pruitt is coming off his second season with the Volunteers and has been recruiting at a high level this year. He has good momentum and has been able to sell his vision of what the program can achieve in the SEC. The Vols need defensive line help and Page could see early playing time in Knoxville.

I know we're not a week out from NSD. but I remember everyone giving Henry T the CB to Bama and even our insiders saying Bama was the likely pick. Obviously, they had a coach leave, but I still hold out hope cuz so many of these kids have a last-minute change of heart when push comes to shove.

I remember that. I think the trepidation comes from the fact of the uncertainty of taking visits. JMO.

Very true...Pruitt killed the in-home and his time with him and Nieds did a wonderful job recruiting Henry T as well. Let's not forget Washington was kinda in the picture too even though Tosh leaving Bama certainly tipped the scales for us some.
