'25 NC OT David Sanders (Tennessee commit)

A lot of this is attributable to his relationship with Tavien St. Clair, OSU's QB commit from the same class as Sanders. He seems determined to hand-select his own future o-line if possible and is approaching guys aggressively who he thinks are hard workers. That's a solid message if delivered to the right type of guy, the kind who wants to do what it takes to be great.

It's definitely not the money; on a per player basis, OSU is surprisingly cheap -- they just spend a solid amount on a lot of players and tell them they need to expect a discount if they want the exposure and development you get at OSU.

Also, Justin Frye is not anything to write home about, so I am kind of perplexed at how highly Sanders speaks of him. I will say this, though: whatever Frye is saying seems to be resonating with Sanders.
Not a flame but how do you know how much Ohio State spends on NIL?

I’ll be honest, it took everyone by surprise up here when he committed to Tennessee. We were hearing equally re-assuring things as Vol Nation was. He was extremely close with the staff, loved the culture, loved the city, etc. I wouldn’t surprise me at all if he ends up being a Buckeye. There’s few programs in the country who can compete with The Ohio State University. Indiana and Tennessee are two that cannot.

I feel pretty good about Ohio State beating Oregon in a rematch. The B1G championship being in Indianapolis is another added benefit, crowd should be 70-75% Ohio State fans.

Good luck against Vanderbilt and congrats on controlling your own destiny!
You have more confidence than I do, especially if they play at a neutral site

Don’t worry… when OSU loses to Oregon next week, you’ll get to relive that sh*t when you come to Neyland for that 1st round.
Any man who runs to another team’s message board to brag about Big 10 football is a fu*king bit*h.
I said it, what you gonna do about it beta?
Complain about your cleat spike size again?

One more thing…
Your best RB from the 90’s was known to as the throat goat on 2nd Avenue behind the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville on bye weeks.
Copy, and paste this post on your irrelevant message board for me.
GBO
Bwaa-ha-ha, Eddie George was known as the "Throat Goat" ? I know I didn't have that on my VN Bingo card, today. But, it does have me horse laughing, so much, my wife is asking, "what are you laughing at ?"

Lol as a fellow northerner, Ohio, including Columbus, is a G** damn dump. Your culture is no better than any other large state institution, and if Harbaugh hadn’t peaced out you’d be a week away from running off Day finally. Gtfo of here.

How quickly they forget…..
This guys an idiot comparing Tennessee to indiana

Shows he knows nothing

Perry is ahead of Warren at RT. The coaches love him there. Ginther and Max Anderson are also good prospects. This entire freshman OLine class really impressed in spring/fall practice, but Perry, Ginther, and Anderson were the ones we heard most about.

Sham is probably one starting Guard next year. We’ll see if Karic gets a medical redshirt.
Shad can’t stay healthy.
I wish they put Vysn Lang at OG and see if he can play it.

We have plenty of bodies tho. Just need more strength and the chance to play

No doubt, UT will most likely be better if Mr. Sander’s honors his commitment and comes to Knoxville. He sounds like a good player and person. However, if he doesn’t want to be here and he breaks his commitment, the Vols will be better off in the long run and the program will go on nicely. No one person is bigger than the program. Don’t worry. Be happy. This program is in a good place and getting better. Happy Thanksgiving!

I feel like that’s bad news.

Should’ve just came out and said “I’m all Vol”
I think the writing was on the wall when, after wearing the T, the glasses, making trips here - then not. Then, week before signing day makes a trip to the runner up school, with his parents? Shiiiii.

I dunno, Vol till he aint.

No matter what he does, the family not notifying our staff about the trip wasn’t a classy move considering how much time they spent with him & family trying to secure his commitment.
