The relationship with an agent starts out with that. As time passes and the agent builds a track record, the family can see what the agent is doing. After that point, the family is knowingly allowing what the agent is doing.The family has to trust that its attorney is acting in its best interest. If they don't trust that is the case, then they should have a new attorney.
