He was always planning to announce on Jan. 5 regardless of who he was picking. He was never going to announce today. The fact that he is signing Friday and not waiting seems to be universally agreed upon as a good sign for us.

247 has zero credibility to me anymore if he goes to Clemson. How can the Clemson 247 writers put in CB’s for Tennessee and he signs with Clemson 4 days later?

well, the only advice i'd offer here is to probably not pay attention to this thread for a while.

cause even if he does sign tomorrow, or Friday, we won't know about it.

just gotta wait til Jan 5. but i agree, the longer he goes unsigned, the harder i think it is for us to ultimately land him.

the hope has to be that he signs this week coming off that last visit.

we'll find out later.
