They actually changed the taunting rules for that. Now if you begin you celebration before the end zone the foul is assessed at the point of the foul, points off the board. Happened to Golden Tate with the new rule as he was running to the end zone. He pointed at the other team and the ball went back to where he started to taunt -15.

And with the new personal foul and end zone celebration rules, that kind of taunting has, for the most part, disappeared (for now).

Finally watched this myself. Gives me a good feeling about this young man. Also, he looks like he can be a big-time player.

What stood out to me is how mature and humble the kid seems to be. If I was 17 years old, 225 lbs, running a 4.5 forty, scoring touchdowns by the dozens, getting sacks and tfl's, and raking in offers from every D1 school in the country, there's no way I'd be able to handle myself the way he does.

No doubt in my mind, he's not going to be one of those blue chip prospects that comes in, expects to be handed a starting spot without working, and then underachieves for 4 years. He will succeed here no matter the position.

To all those michigan posters talking trash about our program etc...too bad they don’t know enough about their own program. At some point late in the day yesterday they made a very bold and hefty attempt to turn the kid their way...but you loose some...and you win some. I had a much better Thursday and Friday than i did wed ! We aren’t finished either...this provides epic momentum going into some of these kids that have still yet to sign. It’s a great day to be a Vol
