I've been very positive on CJP, but not sure about this hire if true. We need to be a ball control, eat the clock, type offense, with big play potential, much like Alabama or Georgia.

Going 3 and out as fast as humanly possible is a step back, and not what we need.

I could be wrong, and have been several times, and hope I am again. But if its Yurcich, I'm worried about CJP and his chance for success.

So Yurcichs offense with a walk on QB just beats Missouri who stomped us and you are worried about his offense.... give me a break already.

Well if the report of him leaving is true it has to be us. Reason why is OSU hasn’t made an offer yet. We are the only school to have officially offered him. I dont get some of you guys. Yurcich scores a ton of points! I dont Care how ya do it, just score. Add that to a solely focused Pruitt Defense. I think I love Pruitt’s chances for success, even more so if true!

I dont see how they are arguing here. OSU probably would have ran the ball more if their starting RB was playing. They actually ran it more than they threw it this year. I was hesitant on MY in the beginning, but I have warmed up to the possibility of hm being the OC.

Ok using your logic virtually no OC is going to be able to come in and succeed here. The fact is Ohio State has shown interest in Yurcich. If the guy is good enough for OSU, then he is definitely good enough for TN.

First off I never stated he would produce any amount of offense. Lol, but to say his offense is not balanced the way Pruitt wants is a fallacy. OK St. is a very balanced team who has produced ridiculous amounts of offense with less talent.

Also, who just beat a Missouri team who out played us on the football field. So, to say his offense wouldn’t work in the SEC is ridiculous.

All freshmen... and we have the smallest line in the SEC... but a new OC will magically make it all better... yeah, right.

I for one would be ecstatic if we can land him. It's the OC's job to score points, which his offenses do with regularity, without even having highly rated players. t's the DC's (in our case CJP), job to stop the other team, which he has proven he can do with highly rated recruits. I like the potential of that combination.
