'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

Landing both is unlikely, landing neither is unlikely. It may be likely that we land one.

Between landing both or neither, Price is saying that landing both is more likely of the two unlikely situations.

Maybe not a boom, but im a pumper so yea we ll count this a win

With the way UGA did with Quay and Cade, I can't help but wait until a verbal with a commitment shutdown to believe. They are passing out some serious "yessiiiiiirrrr" cool aid in Athens and the OL boys are lovin it for some reason. Their 2018 class was insane for OL and 2020 already top notch. Hope we get both, but I'd really love Wright and Wanya together this class. Go Vols!

I think both is very likely.

Cade was just jumping off a sinking ship. Can’t really blame him. He couldn’t have known how great Pruitt is. Quay is a skinny little girl that Wanya will bury in the dirt some day... and if he comes off the other edge, he’ll get buried by Darnell.

Crouch is a MAN. I would be scared of any defense that signs him. Dude is an unstoppable beast ala Jarod Mayo or Patrick Willis.

Lol this post made me chuckle in a Vols way. Quay is a stout LB and he will be truly missed but when you mentioned Mayo and especially Willis I smiled. Go Vols!

He’s at NC state today.

Been looking over Michigan 247 and Rivals last few days to find out any info on his visit and apparently he hasn't answered any of their reporters calls, completely quiet. No info on his visit really at all on their boards from what I can find. Their fans have all but written him off.

NC state would only worry me if he were a DB or maybe a DL. But he's neither of those, so I'm not worried one bit.

I was on a North Carolina high school message board and somebody mentioned he has a brother at NC State. Maybe griddie can confirm. State is getting a lot of the in state kids right now.

I was thinking Fields has a brother at NC State? Or is it UNC? I may be completely wrong.

I wouldn’t want to go to college with my brother. He’d kill my vibe.

Not sure how solid this writer is for Michigan247 but finally something on their site. No quotes from Crouch though just an opinion piece from Steve Lorenz...

As expected, the Wolverines rolled out the red carpet for North Carolina's top prospect, continuing an all-around showcase of athletics, academics and support to both Crouch and his camp.

As we reported heading into the visit, the ball is in Crouch's court as to what position he will play in college. Michigan has given him the green light to play both sides of the ball if he so chooses to and will not risk losing his commitment over forcing his hand as far as positional choice. Crouch is capable of playing either running back or linebacker but has publicly spoken in favor of the defensive side of the ball in recent months.

Going into the visit, I posted that I believe it's currently a Michigan/Tennessee race for Crouch's services. It's my opinion that the Wolverines may have overtaken the Volunteers based on the intel I received post-visit. It's also believed that Crouch may make a decision prior to his senior season. With that in mind, I am still withholding on a 247Sports Crystal Ball as a prospect of Crouch's level will still have all of his major suitors continue to make big runs at him. All things being considered, Michigan continues to do the right things in this recruitment.
