Also, if that is true then the Vols are going to Have to show some upside this year and surprise a few teams (Sc or Florida, or both!) to keep them and actually get them to sign on NSD. If we have a year like last year( which I truly dont Believe we will) then a lot of top prospects will drop and go to there close second.
