That in itself is a big change. In past years, highly rated Tennessee commitments would usually drop in rankings after Tennessee picket them up. See Harrison Bailey for example. This cycle is the best example yet that Heupel isn’t just an excellent recruiter but an excellent evaluator as well.I can't see who's clearly better. He's too tall and fast and catches it easy. His late ranking jump was well deserved. Call that the Tennessee bump.
