That isn't true. Mike Locksley is a fantastic recruiter. It may be the case with Knotts that Maryland is his only option of the three, but in a general sense, Maryland lands some guys they otherwise shouldn't because of Locksley. Rakim Jarrett, just last year, is a prime example.
