Yeah, didnt have a good feeling. Only bet I made after Friday was on Zenyatta to pull out the Breeders Cup and she did. But it didnt cover my loss...

But there is a lot of football left to make some money on.

Only bet I took was us over Memphis. I was freaking out at the 3rd string defense... Thank god for that 4th down stop.

Feels good to get on a roll. Am doing good this year too. I try to ignore most people at the Sportsbook with the hot tips! Was a sucker for that last year. Everyone has the inside on something, some game.

Hey everyone!
Just got back in from Vegas and my wife and I had a BLAST! Thank you JWF for all the advice and as most of you would like to know here are the results.

SEC picks were flawless (except for LSU) had a great time feeling like I knew what i was doing. I actually made most of my picks before talking with JWF and that ended up getting me in the end.

I wanted to come back with stories of granduer and 5 game parlays, but I found a flaw in my football system....I trusted the PAC 10 to do what they were supposed to....thank you oregon, jerks.

It was great talking to JWF and if any of y'all haven't had the chance to chat with him , he is a good guy and knows some football (or at least how to sound like he does). Thanks again to Kid Bourban, VolNVegas, and everyone on the board for the good time and I'll talk to you guys throughout the week.

I like several of this week's games. SEVERAL.

This week looks much more promising than last week. I'm gonna have to go big to make up for last weekend's hit. My goal for this weekend is 1K.

Kentucky 13 vs Vandy--Takin Kentucky
and the big money bet this weekend is going to be
W.Michigan -10 vs. E.Michingan---Takin W.Mich

That is three away teams!
I dont ever remember makin all my picks for the away team but that is how it worked out. Putting alot of coin on these games and hope to hit two.

So who you all got?

I took Idaho at +31.5 vs. Boise St.

Idaho is muched improved this year and already has 7 wins. This is a rivalry game of sorts so I think Idaho can hang for that much. It's my pick of the week

For the 10 we have to play in the pool:

Clemson -6.5 @ NC State
Kentucky -3.5 @ Vandy
Tenn +3.5 @ Ole Miss
Maryland +17.5 vs VA Tech
Iowa +16.5 @ Ohio State
Florida -14.5 @ South Carolina
MSU +12.5 vs Bama
UGA -4.5 vs Auburn
Utah +16.5 @ TCU
Pitt -6.5 vs Notre Dame

Dad had two differences - he's taking Bama -12.5 and Auburn +4.5

There are two games I could have flipped on and have no confidence in and those were South Carolina/Florida and Maryland/VA Tech. I really think that Carolina "could" somehow play within 14.5 of Florida and also think if things go right for Tech they could beat Maryland by 30.

Last year I was in the same boat. Sometimes, you can look at the games and not have confidence in one single game.

I want to apoligize for my Idaho pick this past week. Boise St. just didn't take any mercy on their in state rival. I had hope for the Vandals in to keep it close this year because they are so much improved.

My pick this week: SMU at +4 against Marshall
