This is ridiculous. Cal obviously isn't stupid enough to do the things that we're alleged to have done. It doesn't justify nor make anything better to throw up Cal's name when Pearl's the ones that has potentially done wrong.

Yeah he isn't stupid enough to get caught at two prior jobs already. NCAA picks and chooses who they go after and when they go after something they will find something.

Here's my thoughts on this. Tony Jones is obviously the one that's being targeted here. The NCAA apparently met with him for hours. Pearl has now instituted a new system to monitor contact with recruits. So, what can be extrapolated from this is that we are claiming that we were just negligent in breaking the rules, not intentionally breaking them. Also, we know Tony Jones is currently out on the road recruiting. I would think it would be safe to say that surely to God Hamilton or Pearl would most definitely not have Jones out recruiting knowing this was about to occur and knowing Jones was at the forefront of the controversy.

Yea, that's really hurt him, hasn't it? He only makes $4 million per and is recruiting at a level no one has ever seen. Maybe Pearl should try that.
