Enjoyed watching the bench play together. Harris does have potential and has learned
the system. Developing her fast twitch muscles with this leading to faster reflexes would
benefit her if interested in working for success. Extensive use of a speed jumping rope
is suggested. The same for a speed punching bag. Suggested also is her obtaining an
advanced aerobic running schedule. Sticking to the schedule daily and testing herself
in 5K 's would be to her advantage by start of regular season practice next season.
