NCAA Tourney Running Thread

First huge upset of the tournament.

After just one game, a senior laden/ heavy team Missouri is sent back home to graduate.

Despite leading them to (possibly) their best regular season on record and a big 12 tourney title, frank haith now, still, has only one NCAA tournament game win in 9 years coaching.

Mike Anderson is shaking his head right now.

Not loading. Missouri crashes and burns yet again

If I remember from visiting during expansion talks, it's really an old board...like I was told by someone it got started late 90s?

Also found several People who were UT fans pretty established on it...I was kind of surprised by that.

It has that archaic layout.

UM/SLU is going to be a classic defensive battle. Tigers are obviously more talented but I wouldn't bet against Majerus either.

Yeah.

I did have to applaud whoever named himself Tennessee Tuxedo on that board though. That's a clever reference (also a little bit of a dated one...wonder how many on this board would get it).

You let Ohio have that many open shots and you're lucky to only be down six. Beilein has to tighten up the defense in the second half and the shot selection has to improve.

That crossover was absolutely nasty. These close games make me wonder, though: how amazing would it be to see two 15-2 upsets in one day?

Frank Haith is a perfect example of a coach falling assbackwards into a pot of gold and still finding a way to screw it up.

Wave goodbye to your hoops program Mizzou. It'll only go down from here as long as you keep Haith. Since you're fixing to join the SEC, I hope you give him a lifetime contract.

For the first time in the history of VolNation, I agree with you on something.
