A UT version of that Nebraska jersey wouldn't look too bad in white with orange stripes and big orange power T on the chest. Call me crazy, but the massive logo on the front is kinda cool.

Why do most Vol fans hate change so much? Its 2012 it wont hurt to change a uniform. You guys wont even be the ones wearing them.

UT tweaks its uniforms every few years or so, nothing drastic....or not quite drastic enough if you were born after 1995.

Can we make Breast Cancer awareness uniforms for the Vols? Lets make uniforms that stand for something that can help the world. I would love to see a Pink UT uniform (with orange of course).

We don't hate change if it's decent. What we do hate is:

1. Change for the sake of change.

2. Change that looks like absolute garbage.

Nebraskas are horrifying....Why they would even consider wearing those are beyond me..Michigans are ok...Not too insanely stupid

Seriously, the only people wanting uniform changes are 15-18 year old kids who think putting on hideous uniforms is "Sick"..We are Tennessee and have the same look for years...Why should we change just because a few teams are??...If they jumped off a bridge would you? :ermm:

And, yet, welcoming the football program into the 21st century would at the very least not hurt with recruiting.

(I'd say that it would obviously help but some people still can't wrap their heads around the fact that high school kids love things that are "cool" as opposed to "steeped in tradition.")

The plaers who matter are worried about championships, playing time, and exposure to NFL scouts.

There are a lot of schools with the potential to win the national title in the next four years that can provide a top-flight recruit with playing time and ample television/scout exposure. They need to stand out from one another with their recruits as best they can.

Funnily enough, Tennessee isn't one of those schools... which is all the more reason that so-called "gimmicks" couldn't possibly hurt the program on the recruiting trail.

Nebraska will look like Northern Illinois with those uniforms.
Michigan's are ok.

No way they do something our players and recruits will like. Will be same ol ****. Different game. Can't have the VOLS changing it up. It's all about tradition. Wish we would do something different once a year.
