Yep, and after you download the program, you click "file" then "open" and select the picture. Then you scroll over to "image" and scroll down to resize / resample. :yes:

After downloading I followed these steps, I mustve missed something because the pic I resized still would'nt work as its to big. Funny though I checked properties on other pics in the funny pics thread in the ENDZONE and they're as big or bigger and they posted??? I'm lost.
