Needing prayers.

So I saw the Othalmologist and the good news is that I still have the same eyesight, but I did have what is called a TIA which is a stroke in the eye so now I will need to take Plavix and so that is fine and it could have been so much worse and thank you all for your prayers and Thank you Jesus for always taking care of me.
Glad you were able to see the doc, and know what it is, and are able to manage it!

Scripture records God rhetorically asking if anything is too hard for Him. Today we met with Haley's oncologist and left with the same rhetorical question. The Dr had not previously shown us the first Pet scan, but did today to compare with yesterday's scan. Originally Haley's body was riddled with cancer in her lung, lymph nodes, bones and liver. The new scan shows that all spots are gone, with the exception of two pinpoints on opposing ribs, which may be inflammation due to excessive coughing. The lung tumor has reduced to 20% its original size and may be residual scarring. Treatment will continue with the intentin of tumor eradication and she will see a radiologist to see if radiation is warranted, maybe 3 days worth if needed at all. An MRI of the brain has been ordered as a safety measure. Haley's Dr proclaimed as "**** phenomenal!" It is a miracle playing out before our eyes! She will repeat the pet scan in 3 months. Thank you so much for your continued prayers! Keep praying as she continues treatment.

Please pray for my father. He went for an appointment with an Infectious Disease Specialist at Vanderbilt and they admitted him because they believe he is septic. He's had a very rough past 5 years or so battling cancer and now this.
We sure will man, I completely understand how that sepsis is a problem.

Hopefully they caught it early. I know people that were septic and were out of the hospital in a week. I know another cancer patient that waited too long and was in the hospital three months with sepsis and his family was told he wouldn’t survive. But he did.
