Tell her that I hope her Occupational Therapy sessions go well, if she has them! I had them after I broke my wrist long ago, and they were brutal, but effective. She's out. Was a little more involved than they thought but the Doc says it went well.
Dang, son! Best wishes on the surgery, and do every-freaking-thing your post-op PT tells you to do, no matter how hard it is and how bad it hurts. Hate them all you like, but do what they say. (ask me how I know...)Hey good peeps, I can use any prayers and thoughts. I fell today and broke my arm in 2 places and dislocated my elbow. Scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning. TIA
Didn't know that. She seems to have full movement and the Dr. is sending her to PT. Knowing her she will be ahead of the curve. She is more of a workaholic than I am and she types everyday. Close to 100 words a minute.Tell her that I hope her Occupational Therapy sessions go well, if she has them! I had them after I broke my wrist long ago, and they were brutal, but effective.
(OT generally does hands, while PT does everything else)
I don't fully understand the condition. It's genetic and those of Scandinavian decent can develope it.That's fantastic! Was this some sort of tendon release or repair surgery?
