The surgery went well.
His ankle was shattered, ligaments were torn, and his tibia broke up the bone.
Non-weight bearing for six weeks, full recovery could take a year.
Prayers for your son @vollygirlIf you have prayers to spare, please pray for my youngest son. He had a jet ski accident today. A person pulling a tube turned in front of him, so he veered off. He wasn't going fast because the lake was really crowded today. But the jet ski and his body turned the opposite way of his ankle. He is in quite a bit of pain, has two breaks, and they plan on doing surgery tomorrow.
Thanks.
No just rest but I would like to have them look at it to see. 5 weeks and still nagging seems off to me. I pulled my lat and it took 5 weeks but it didn't hurt but the first 2weeks the other 3 was just making sure it was better. My son is still limping. How’s your son? Is he going to require surgery?
My ankle injury took over a year. I started pushing too hard at the one year mark and only hurt myself worse, developing plantar fasciitisNo just rest but I would like to have them look at it to see. 5 weeks and still nagging seems off to me.
