In honor of the doom and gloom machine that is VN, I thought we should go ahead and get our negative comments ready.

1. He won with Dooley's players
2. We can only go down from here
3. He'll be in the NFL next year

What say you, VN?

Just wait till next year.:cray:

In what timeframe do you forsee this NC? Two years? Three? Please tell me Nostradamus, just how long will we wait for this title? I'm tired of arguing about negativity vs realistic expectations, so please, enlighten me to how CBJ will overcome the odds and win a NC in the next 5 years?

I wish everyone would stop making CBJ out as the savior of UT football. First it was Kiifin, then it was Dooley, and now it's Jones. While I truly hope CBJ can restore UT to its rightful glory, shouldn't we wait and see before we anoint him as the next messiah? We've yet to see a down of UT football with him at the helm. What he's done at the past at other schools is history, I'm more interested in the future.

"After we blew out Ohio State 58-3 to win the national championship, Coach Jones directed the band in a post-game rendition of Rocky Top. It was awesome...until Coach Jones yelled 'WOOO!' at the end. Why did we ever hire this guy?"

If by some chance Jones won it I would have a few more questions for ole Dooley.

Speaking of, how the hell do you suck as a coach and move up to the next level? Really a nfl gig. Then again it is Dallas.
