No offense, but if you think that, you are ignorant. Profiling is based on statistical Data conducted over a long period of time to give Authorities of all kinds a hand up so they don't spend taxpayer money after the wrong people.

When the FBI is putting together a criminal case on a person that has murdered 8 people in a span of 1 year and the pattern is the same, you don't want profiling? So, basically you just want them pissing in the wind? So while families are in the balance, possibly yours, you don't want them putting together a profile to be able to catch the person as quick as possible? Because you think it's unfair to category a race and gender even though it shows 99 times out of 100 that race and gender is the one that usually commits the act in question? My friend, that's simple ignorance.

When :cocaine cowboys have profiles given to them on I-40, where it is a FACT that the majority of the cocaine is coming from a certain ethnic race, you don't think a police officer should know what to look for?

People like you are exactly what is wrong with this country. Reading too much into stuff like this. Profiling is for the greater good and has saved countless lives. If you are white, and get questioned about homicides in your neighborhood and have nothing to hide, what is your problem? If you are black and get pulled over on a highway where a lot of minorities are moving dope, and you have nothing to hide, what is the problem? If you are of muslim origin, and are in an airport, understand we are at war with others of your race, and that people of your color have committed terrorist attacks. If you are asked questions in this country at airports, and have nothing to hide, help them do their job and move on. This country has a real complex about something called insecurity. Most ALL other countries the majority could care less about what the minorities want or how they feel. At least in this country, we do care. People need to show a little more respect.

Let these people so their job, quit acting like a freakin victim, and get over it. And further more, no, this days generations have never seen the full extent of racism. Yea, it exist, ON BOTH SIDES, but for the most part, people are over it. Time you got over it instead of trying to find things to continue to argue about.

Ok. Thanks for your opinion. BTW I'm not "acting" like anything. I HAVE BEEN a victim of racial profiling and my case was thrown out bc of it. =). No, I don't expect them to piss into the wind. But I also don't expect them to auto put some1 on the suspects list simply because I'm of a certain color. If someone is doing something, that in itself should be the Sole reason they are punished. Obviously the crime is the end-all as far as responsibility. But if you want people to come to assumtions of you based on race, weight,wealth,ect. For instance, you don't see anything fundamentally wrong with a Manager of a dept store telling his LP/security to watch the "Black ones"? , I do.

Ready for this....Yes good point about my profiling of you. Exactly what my point is, IT GOES ON EVERYDAY!! I have not once claimed to be perfect, or to be above my sinful nature. I'm actually glad that happened to prove my point. Even in an argument AGAINST profiling, it found its sneaky way in. Priceless.M Guilty as charged.

9-11- 2001
Richard Reid Shoe Bomber- Dec 2001
Detroit Terrorist Attack- 2009

The woman you saw going off in the airport,needs to understand the era were living in, but she does have a point

All the above attacks have one MAJOR common denominator, middle eastern/arab men carried out the attacks

Did you investigate these attacks yourself? I think not. Call me crazy/psycho/anything, but I don't believe everything I see on TV. (U shouldn't either FWIW)

I couldn't tell you any information on these attacks as I have none. And if your only source is some news outlet then spare me. I can say with 100% CERTAINTY THAT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHO COMMITTED THOSE ATTACKS AND WHO WAS INFLUENCIAL IN THE ATTACKS HAPPENING IN THE FIRST PLACE. Your point is that you saw on TV that the "terrorists" were from the ME, thus we should target MEasteners as ppl who "do" this. I get it. My point is htfdyknow? Bc you saw it on TV? How's global warming working out for you?!? How about abortion funding in recent Legislation? Don't buy what your told. orangekush423 you say it like its a racial thing im white and about seven months ago i was stoped at a roadblock and the same thing happened to me,i was put into the back of state troopers car took to hospital and gave a drug test and then i spent a night or two in jail ..the judge then threw it out because i had nothing in my system
