It is not neglignce when his doctors cleared him to play. Tennessee is more worried about it costing them some money than the kid's life. N. Mexico's doctors cleared him and I would venture to say they have less money than we do. We did the kid a disservice by not allowing him to play where he wanted to.That's negligence.

Then explain to me why N.Mexicos's staff wasn't afraid to clear him to play. I still say that it's the kids life, let him do with it as he sees fit.They're worried about allowing him to kill himself.
I bet you can't find a single person on our medical staff that says him playing is in his best interests.
