I can relate to that, I walk in a 55,000 sq ft building and a lot of times I will have to prop my feet up the rest of the night and
that is why I don't get on the computer a lot a night because I don't have the heart to walk over to my computer desk when
I could just leave my feet propped up.

And it's a rough day! 2 machines down all night, didn't even try to fix them. Then on motor mouth's job, he didn't touch his 2 style changes, now the trainee who doesn't know anything is drooling waiting for me to finish mine so I can do his. He's gonna have to start learning.

I just don't get how such ineptitude can continue to go on. Plus, I would have blown a gasket a long time ago.

I see it at my workplace in other departments. I like my boss, but she has a really soft heart. I’ve told her she needs to toughen up and put her big girl panties on.

Work on a sales floor for a while where your only paycheck is commission, you will see some blown "Gaskets", its just very competitive like a sport is, your adrenaline stays up
like it would be in a high stakes card game, so when you are working on a big sale your emotions are up there, but on the outside you would look calm, but "Gaskets" blow
easier when your adrenaline is at a 10.

It's the way it is unfortunately. There's a few of us who can, and will do anything, then others that don't do crap. It's mostly the night shift on my rotation, just lazy. I'm gonna tell the head fixer Wednesday that if motor mouth and the trainee aren't going to do their job, then I'm not killing myself to do their job. Our shift has been pretty good, except lazy bones and the trainee, with every position.
