Think I'm going to take little bit to a hapkido class. Friend shared a page, and the lady that teaches it got to talking to me about it. May take her Tuesday night to try it out

No gym tonight, Tiffany was feeling bad, so I came home to help her. I've got some tennis elbow going on, needed a break anyway.
